XCMG20 diesel engine Generator Set, with rated power of 20KVA and rated voltage of 400V, adopts Z series power station diesel engine as power, and is composed of TWGⅡ184 series brushless excitation generator and control panel with self-starting function. The unit has the characteristics of high power generation efficiency, reliable operation, good performance parameters, long service life and low fuel consumption.

The unit power adopts Z series diesel engine, which is designed by a well-known domestic research institute and equipped with a well-known manufacturer's fuel system platform. It has the characteristics of strong power, small vibration, low heat load, low maintenance cost, high efficiency and energy saving.

The generator supporting the unit is equipped with a reliable automatic voltage regulator excitation system, which can provide constant excitation under various conditions. The insulation level of the generator is "H", and a special dipping process is adopted to ensure the reliable operation of the motor in harsh environments.

The control panel of the unit is equipped with a smart module as standard, which has functions such as high water temperature, low oil pressure, overspeed alarm and shutdown, etc., and can realize remote automatic start and automatic shutdown of the unit. All parameters are adjusted digitally, which abandons the analog adjustment method of conventional potentiometers, and improves the reliability and stability of the whole machine.

There are three types of unit structure to choose from, including open-frame chassis units, fuel tank chassis units, or low-noise units to meet different usage scenarios. Before the unit leaves the factory, it has undergone strict factory testing and on-site review by engineers to ensure that all functional performance and product appearance and packaging meet user requirements.
